Create a New Stock Status Rules
Go to PrestaShop > Addify Custom Stock Status > Rules to access a detailed log of all custom stock status. Here, you can create and manage Custom Stock Status rules efficiently.
By clicking on the Rules section, you will be able to configure the stock status rules with the provided option, such as:
- View all product refund rules in a log
- Execute bulk actions
- Change the status of each rule
- Take action to edit or delete the rule
While creating a new rule, click on “+” and fill in all the necessary information as follows:
Enable/Disable Rule: Activate or deactivate the rule according to your business needs
Title: Set a name for the rule to identify it easily for the customers
Priority: Specify the rule’s priority using a numeric value
Show Status: Choose where you want to display the stock status on the store:
- Both product listing & product page: Display status everywhere for better visibility.
- Product listing only: Showcase status on category pages to attract buyers.
- Product page only: Showcase status on individual product pages only for detailed information.
Font for Product Listing: Choose to easily customize the text in the product listing:
- Font Style: Set the font style
- Font Size: Adjust text size of font for readability
- Text Color: Set a color to highlight the status on the store
Font for Product Page: Easily customize the text display on product pages:
- Font Style: Choose a font to match store design
- Font Size: Set the size in pixels for clarity
- Text Color: Pick a color to enhance visibility on of the text on the store
Position on Product Page: Choose where the status appears for better placement on the store:
- Before price: Displays status in pricing for quick notice
- After price: Highlights the status immediately after price details
- Before add to cart: Encourages customers before purchasing
- After add to cart: Informs buyers after they consider adding to cart
Quantity Range: Set stock-based status display:
- Quantity From: Set the minimum stock level to trigger the rule.
- Quantity To: Specify the maximum stock level to apply the rule.
Statuses Selection: Pick a suitable status to display on the basis of stock conditions:
- Best Selling Product: Increases trust by highlighting popular items.
- Only Some Items Left: Creates urgency for low-stock products.
- Free Home Delivery: Attracts buyers by promoting free shipping.
- Stock Status: Displays real-time stock updates.
Customer Group Selection: Restrict status visibility to specific user groups
- Enable/Disable: Enable or disable this features accordion to your store needs
- Groups: Choose from available customer groups such as:
- Visitor (ID: 1): Non-logged-in users browsing your store
- Guest (ID: 2): Customers making purchases without an account
- Customer (ID: 3): Registered users with accounts
Select Products: Show stock status for specific products
- Enable/Disable: Choose to enable / disable this setting
- Search Product: Find and add products where you want to display the status
Select Categories: Apply stock status to an entire category.
- Enable/Disable: Select to enable / disable the categories on your store
- Categories: Choose from store categories
Rule Schedule: Automate stock status display based on dates.
- Enable/Disable: Activate or deactivate rule scheduling.
- Starting Date: Set the date when the rule should start applying.
- Ending Date: Set the date when the rule should stop.
