Customizing Email Notifications for Admin and Customers
Below are step-by-step instructions for customizing email templates for different scenarios:
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Registration Forms > Add New Form.
- Locate the section “Form Emails.”
New Account Email Content (Admin)
- New Account Email Content: Enter the desired content in the provided text area. You can use the shortcode [AF_REGISTRATION_FORM ID=”2001″] to include the registration form in the email.
New Account Email Content (Customer)
- New Account Email Content: Enter the desired content for the new account email that customers will receive.
- Approve Account Email Content (Customer): Enter the content you want to include in the approved account email that customers will receive.
- Disapprove Account Email Content (Customer): Enter the content you want to include in the disapproved account email that customers will receive.
- Using Shortcode: If you want to include the registration form in the emails, use the shortcode [AF_REGISTRATION_FORM ID=”2001″]. Place this shortcode in the email content where you want the form to appear. This will dynamically insert the registration form with the specified ID.
Save Changes:
After customizing the email content, make sure to save the changes.
