Notifying Users on Pending Registration
In an e-commerce environment, customers expect clear and prompt communication throughout their shopping experience. To effectively inform users about their pending registration while leveraging the WooCommerce Private Store plugin, you can follow these steps:
- In your WooCommerce admin dashboard, go to Private Shop > Manually Approve New Customers tab.
- Find the Enable Manually Approve New Customers option and enable it.
- Customize the “Message for Users when Account is pending for approval” to provide a message that will be displayed to users when their accounts are pending approval.
- Customize the “Approval Email Subject” and “Approval Email Message” to define the content of the emails sent to users when their accounts are approved.
- Save your changes.
