Managing Product Stocks
Viewing Complete Stock Details in a Dashboard
Go to WooCommerce > Stock Manager > Dashboard. You can view important stock details in the dashboard.
- View details of the current values, including:
- Current Value
- Total Stock
- Out of Stock Products
- Lost Revenue
- View stock history on a daily basis
- View a detailed log of products, including:
- Low Stock
- Lost Revenue
- Over Stock
- Out of Stock’
Managing Stocks in a Grid View
Go to WooCommerce > Stock Manager > Manage Stock to manage stocks in a grid view.
Checkmark to display the following properties of each product in a grid:
- SKU
- Thumbnail
- Product Name
- Price
- Sale Price
- Weight
- Manage Stock
- Stock Status
- Backorders
- Stock
- Tax status
- Tax Class
- Shipping Class
- History
The plugin provides the option to filter products based on:
- Stock Quantity
- Category
- Product Types
- Simple Product
- Grouped Product
- External/Affiliate Product
- Variable Product
- Stock Status
- In Stock
- Out of Stock
- On Backorder
Additionally, you can search for products based on the following:
- Search by SKU
- Search Products
Maintaining a Stock Log
WooCommerce Stock Manager maintains a product stock log to keep track of all stock changes.
Go to WooCommerce > Stock Manager > Stock Log. This section gives you a product stock log to keep track of all the changes:
- SKU
- ID
- Name
- Product Type
- Parent ID
- Stock
Merchants can keep up with the latest changes and modifications as necessary.
Importing/Exporting the Product Stock
Go to WooCommerce > Stock Manager > Import/Export to import and export stock quantities using pre-defined .CSV files.
WooCommerce Bulk Stock Management allows you to modify the following details while importing:
- Name
- In Stock? (Manage stock: Yes or No?)
- Backorders Allowed? (Yes or No?)
- Stock Quantity
- Weight (lbs.)
- Sale Price
- Regular Price
- Stock Status (Status in-stock or out-of-stock)
- Shipping Class
- Tax Class
- Tax Status
Customizing the Display of Stock Statuses
You can customize the display of stock statuses according to your preferences. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Stock Manager.
Customize the following stock statuses:
- Overstock: Enter overstock quantity
- In Stock Color: Custom color for products in stock
- Out of Stock Color: Custom color for products out of stock
- Backorder Color: Custom color for products on backorder
- Low Stock Color: Custom color for products in low stock
