Prestashop Approve New User Registrations module allows you to customize email notifications sent to users at different stages of the registration process. You can configure emails for pending approval status, approval confirmation, and decline notifications. Additionally, you can enable or disable these email notifications based on your preferences. 

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure these notifications.

Step 1: Install the Module

  • Install the PrestaShop Approver – Approve New Users at Registrations module from the PrestaShop Addons marketplace.

Step 2: Access the Module Configuration

  • After installation, navigate to the Modules section in the PrestaShop backend.
  • Find and select Addify Approve New Users at Registrations to open the configuration settings.

Step 3: Configure General Settings

  • Enable Manual Approve User: Allows you to manually approve each new user registration.
  • Send Pending Email: Enable to notify users that their registration is under review.
  • Send Approval Email: Enable to send an email to users when their registration is approved.
  • Send Decline Email: Enable to notify users if their registration is declined.
  • Send Notification Emails to Admin: Sends a notification email to the admin for each new user registration.
  • Send Employee Emails: Enable to send notifications to specific employees about new user registrations.
    • Employee Emails: Enter the email addresses of employees, separated by commas.
  • Customer Notification: Enable to send a custom message to users about their registration status.
    • Customer Notification Message: Personalize the notification message for the users.

Step 4: Save Changes

Click Save to apply all configuration changes.
