Scheduling Specific Periods for Manual or Automatic Approval of User Registrations
Prestashop Approve New User Registrations module provides options for scheduling both manual and automatic approval periods. You can set start and end dates to determine when user registrations should be manually reviewed or automatically approved. This feature offers flexibility to align user approval processes with specific promotional campaigns or seasonal events.
Here’s how you can activate this functionality on your store:
Step 1: Install the Module
- Install the PrestaShop Approver – Approve New Users at Registrations module from the PrestaShop Addons marketplace.
Step 2: Access the Module Configuration
- After installation, navigate to the Modules section in the PrestaShop backend.
- Find and select Addify Approve New Users at Registrations to open the configuration settings.
Step 3: Scheduled Approval Moderation:
Go to General Settings and enable the following:
- Scheduled Manual Approval Moderation: Enable to manually approve user registrations within a specified date range.
- Start Date: Set the start date for manual approval.
- End Date: Set the end date for manual approval.
- Scheduled Auto Approval Moderation: Enable to auto-approve user registrations within a specified date range.
- Start Date: Set the start date for auto-approval.
- End Date: Set the end date for auto-approval.
Step 4: Save Changes
Click Save to apply all configuration changes.
