To charge an extra Cash on Delivery (COD) fee based on various conditions such as countries and the amount of the cart in WooCommerce using the Advanced COD with Fee plugin, follow these steps:

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Go to “WooCommerce” and select “Advanced COD.”

Click on the “Extra Fee” tab and then choose “Rule Based Fees.”

In the “Rule Based Fees” section, you can view a list of all existing fees for cash on delivery.

Choose to edit an existing fee by clicking on it or add a new fee by clicking “Add New Fee.”

Add New Fee:

If you’re adding a new fee, enter a title for the fee, such as “Advance Cash on Delivery Fee.”

Enable the fee when the cart contains specific products or falls under certain categories.

Choose specific products and categories that should trigger the fee.

Fee for Shipping Classes:

Enable the fee for specific shipping classes or leave it empty to apply it to all classes.

Countries, States, Zip-Codes, Cities for Fee:

Enable the fee for specific shipping zones or leave it empty for all zones.

Choose countries, states, cities, and zip codes for which the fee will be applicable.

Save Changes:

After configuring the fee based on your desired conditions, make sure to save your changes.

By setting up rule-based fees, you can charge extra Cash on Delivery fees under specific conditions, including cart amount ranges, specific products, user roles, and geographic criteria such as countries, states, cities, and zip codes. Customers meeting these conditions will be subject to the additional COD fee you’ve configured.
