Recovering Abandoned Carts by User Roles
User Role-Specific Cart Recovery
Step 1: Install the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart plugin
Step 2: To activate the plugin, go to Cart Recovery > Settings > General and check the Enable Abandoned Cart option to activate the plugin for your store.
Step 3: Start sending follow-up emails to win back desired user roles by going to Cart Recovery > Automatic Emails > to create new email templates. You can customize email content, attach desired coupons, and send targeted emails to specific user roles. You can also view all templates in a detailed log and track key metrics like open and click-through rates.
