Enabling Automatic Emails
To recover lost carts, you can send follow-up emails through the following steps:
Step 1: Install the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart plugin
Step 2: To activate the plugin, go to Cart Recovery > Settings > General and check the Enable Abandoned Cart option to activate the plugin for your store.
Step 3: Go to Cart Recovery > Automatic Emails > to create new email templates. Click the Add New Template, and you will see multiple email customization options. From here, go to the
Automatically Send option to enable auto email delivery.
You can choose when to send automatic follow-up emails by going to the Send After option and inserting a desired time period.
