Setting the Abandonment Threshold for Carts
Customizing Cart Abandonment Periods
To specify the period after which a cart is considered abandoned, follow these steps:
Step 1: Install the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart plugin
Step 2: To activate the plugin, go to Cart Recovery > Settings > General and check the Enable Abandoned Cart option to activate the plugin for your store.
Step 3: Visit Cart Recovery > Settings > General and choose the Consider as Abandoned Cart option. Enter the time in minutes/hours/days to consider a cart as abandoned. The default value is zero, meaning the cart will be considered as abandoned after 1 hour.
