Importing Price Data from External Sources
To import pricing data from external sources in WooCommerce using the Role Based Pricing plugin, you can follow these steps:
Importing Pricing Rules Data:
Navigate to WP Admin Panel > Role Based Pricing > Settings > Import Rules.
On the “Import Rules” page, you will find an option to choose a CSV file from your computer. Click on the “Choose the file to upload” button.
Select the CSV file that contains your pricing rules data. Make sure the CSV file follows the correct format for importing pricing rules.
Once you’ve selected the file, click on the “Import” button to continue. The plugin will process the CSV file and import the pricing rules into your WooCommerce store.
Importing/Exporting Product Level Pricing Data:
Navigate to WP Admin Panel > Role Based Pricing > Settings > Import/Export Product Level Pricing.
On the “Import/Export Product Level Pricing” page, you can import product-level pricing rules by uploading a CSV file.
Ensure that your CSV file is in the correct format, including the following fields:
- Product ID
- SKU
- Product Name
- User Role
- Customer Email
- Quantity From
- Quantity To
- Adjustment Type
- Discount Price
- Start Date
- End Date
- Replace Original Price
Click on the “Upload a CSV file” button to select the CSV file you want to import.
After selecting the file, click the “Import CSV” button to start the import process. The plugin will read the data from the CSV file and update your product-level pricing accordingly.
To export product-level pricing data, you will find an option labeled “Export CSV.” Click on this button.
The plugin will generate a CSV file containing your product-level pricing data and offer it for download. Save this file to your computer.
