Restricting Refunds by Customer Groups in PrestaShop
To limit refunds based on customer groups in PrestaShop, you can use the refund rules feature in the PrestaShop Smart Refund module. Here’s how to set it up:
Access the Refund Module Settings: Go to Modules > Module Manager > Addify Refund System and click “Configure.”
Navigate to Refund Rules: Within the module settings, go to the Refund Rules section.
Create a New Refund Rule: Click the “+” button to add a new rule, and complete the Add Rule form with the following details:
- Rule Enable: Choose to enable/disable the rule
- Title: Select a specific title for the rule
- Priority: Set a priority of each rule
- Groups: Select the customer group(s) which you want to implement the rule
- Save the Rule: Click “Save” to apply the settings.
