Showing Custom Notification on Refund Requests
By enabling the “Show Refund Message” option and entering a custom message, the PrestaShop Smart Refund module will display the specified message to customers after they successfully submit a refund request. This allows you to provide additional information or guidance to customers, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction throughout the refund process.
Follow the steps below to enable the functionality:
Go to Modules > Module Manager > Addify Refund System and click “Configure.”
Look for the option Show Refund Message and set it to “Yes.” This enables the display of a refund message to customers after they submit a refund request.
Find the Refund Message field and enter a custom message that you want to show to customers. This message can provide important information, instructions, or other details relevant to the refund process.
Save the configuration settings to apply the changes.
