Follow these steps to set a limited period for refunds:

  • Access the Refund Module Configuration: Go to Modules > Module Manager > Addify Refund System and click “Configure.”
  • Set the Refund Time Limit: Locate the Number of Days for Refunds option.
  • Enter the Desired Refund Period: Specify the maximum number of days customers have to request a refund.
    • For instance, entering “30” will give customers 30 days from their purchase date to apply for a refund.
  • Save Your Settings: Click “Save” to implement the changes.
