Allowing Customers to Claim Refunds in PrestaShop

Enable customers to claim refunds in PrestaShop and establish a smooth and transparent refund process that enhances customer satisfaction. To allow this functionality, follow the steps below:

Go to Modules > Module Manager > Addify Refund System and click “Configure.” 

The general settings of the module will appear. Here, you can activate and configure the module to allow refunds:

Module Active: Choose “Yes” to activate the module and allow customers to claim the refund

Click “Save” to apply the settings.

This will display a ‘Return’ button with ordered products. You can also create rules to limit the return button based on customer groups, products, and categories.
