Restricting Quotations Based on Customer Group
To restrict quotations based on customer groups in the Prestashop Request a Quote module, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prestashop admin panel.
- Navigate to the “Modules” section and find the “Request a Quote” module.
- Open the module settings, and locate “Addify Request a Quote Rules”. Click on “+” to add a new rule or edit an existing rule to apply the restriction.
- Fill in the fields with desired information, and look for the “Group Request A Quote” option.
- From here, select the specific customer groups that you want to allow or disallow from using the quotation system:
- Visitor
- Guest
- Customer
- Save the changes.
By configuring these settings, only the selected customer groups can submit quotations using the Request a Quote module. In contrast, other customer groups will be restricted from using this feature.
