Restrict Quotation for Specific User Roles
To restrict specific customer groups, follow these steps:
- Activate and configure the Prestashop request a quote module
- Go to Rule setting
- Click on the” +” symbol, add new rule, or update customer group for any existing rule
- Fill in the details and navigate to User Group Selection option
- From the table, you can select any specific user roles, such as:
- Guest
- Visitor
- Customer
These users will only be allowed to send quotation requests, while others cannot use this feature.
