To demonstrate a custom message to customers after they submit a refund request in PrestaShop, enable the “Show Refund Message” option in the PrestaShop Smart Refund module. 

You can share additional information or instructions, improving customer understanding and satisfaction during the refund process. Follow these steps:

  • Access the Refund Module Settings: Go to Modules > Module Manager > Addify Refund System and click “Configure.”
  • Enable the Custom Refund Message: Locate the Show Refund Message option and set it to “Yes” to activate the display of a refund message.
  • Enter Your Custom Message: In the Refund Message field, type the message you’d like customers to see after submitting a refund request. 
  • Save Your Settings: Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Your custom notification will now appear to customers after they submit their refund requests, providing clarity and enhancing the overall refund experience.
